Hydrospeed
Hydrospeed is the most physical of the activites on the river! However, you don’t have to be a "pro", you just need to love the water and especially the thrills it brings. Once equipped with a foam float, a reinforced wet suit, a helmet, fins and a life vest, you are ready for this incredible journey at the foot of our mountains.
You will bob along with the currents, in complete safety! This hydrospeed whitewater swimming descent from Haute-Isère takes you over 7 km on a route from Aime to Centron. If you can swim and you are 14 years old or more this activity is for you. You will be supervised by a state-certified whitewater guide and will have full protective equipment (jacket, neoprene pants and booties, life jacket and helmet).
